At Vape Canyon, we firmly stand by the quality of the products we offer. We understand the value of your hard-earned money, and there's nothing more frustrating than investing in subpar products. If you experience any issues with vape products purchased from us, please consult the warranty information below to ascertain your coverage.

Warranty Information

Hardware Mods & Tanks

Mod not turning on anymore? Salt-pod fizzing away by itself? All mods, tanks and starter kits purchased from us come with a 6-month warranty starting from the purchase date. To process a warranty claim, the mod, tank or starter kit must be returned for evaluation. If possible please ensure the device or mod is returned in its original packaging.

Disposable Vapes / Pre-filled Replacement Pods:

Disposable vapes and prefilled replacement pods are consumable items and are not covered by a warranty, except in cases of being dead on arrival. If you've just got your disposable and it's not working you must notify us within 5 working days of delivery.

Batteries & Chargers

Batteries have a 3-month warranty starting from the purchase date. The lifespan of batteries is determined by charges and discharges. Fair wear and tear is not covered if batteries are used for purposes other than vaping. Battery Chargers are covered by a 6-month warranty from the purchase date.

E-juices

E-juices are consumable items and are not covered by a warranty.

Warranty Exceptions

The above warranties do not apply to misuse and abuse, wilful damage, alterations or repairs by unauthorized parties, abnormal storage or working conditions, negligence and a lack of maintenance.

Once our team has processed and accepted your warranty claim, please send all returned items via tracked shipping to

Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return transit. Unauthorized returns may be disposed of, and processing a refund may not be possible. If you haven't already contacted us, please reach out before sending any return items.
