How long will my order take to arrive? Please note that the information provided below is an estimate and your order may take more time to arrive due to bad weather, network congestion, covid-19, postal errors, etc.

How long for my order to be processed?
We aim to pack, fill and dispatch your order via courier in under 1 business day, typically on the same day if your payment has been cleared on our end before lunch. Once we've received your payment, you'll receive a payment confirmation email and your order will enter into our fulfillment queue. If there's no issues with your order and payment has been received by 12PM (GMT12+) your order will typically ship out on the same day. We are closed during the weekend and public holidays and all orders placed during this time will be processed on the following Business Day.

Why do I need to show the courier my ID if I've already verified it with you?
By law, customers must be 18 years of age or older to purchase and receive our products. Showing your ID to the courier ensures compliance with the law and that our products aren't delivered to those under the age of 18. If you appear to be under the age of 25, the courier will request your ID to confirm your age. If the courier suspects you're under 18, delivery may be refused.

My orders arrived and I received the wrong items?!
In the rare event that you've received the wrong item contact us via email (info@vapecanyon.com) within 48 hours of receiving your package and we'll organize a return docket and replacement. To speed the process up we recommend that you take a clear picture of the item received and another picture showing the batch number which can be found on the side of the bottle.

Damaged Items
Did your package get hulk smashed in back the courier van? Is it leaking e-juice everywhere? If any of the products you ordered were damaged in transit send us email (info@vapecanyon.com) within 48 hours of receiving your package. Be sure to include a detailed description and pictures of the damage.
