Covid-19 Measures

Here at Vape Canyon, nothing is more important than the health and well-being of our customers and team members during the COVID-19 pandemic and as such our brick and mortar store is temporarily closed to the general public. As a manufacturer and supplier to countless retail stores, businesses and customers around the globe we have a moral and ethical responsibility to put health before profits and do the best we can to minimize the potential risk of product contamination.

We've enacted the following measures on top of our standard cleanliness and hygiene procedures to maintain quality production and to minimize the potential risk of introducing COVID-19 to the workplace.

- Kenepuru store is temporarily closed until further notice. The store status can be found on Google Search, or on our homepage.
- Controlled zone has been extended from the lab to cover the entire factory, only a select few authorized personnel may enter.
- Multiple HEPA filter units throughout the factory that are capable of removing respiratory droplets containing COVID-19 from the air.
- Regular cleaning and disinfection of surfaces.
- Onsite workforce has been reduced, team members who can work from home are now working from home.
- Remaining onsite team members are equipped with both Filtering Facepiece Respirators (FFRs) and Powered Air Purifying Respirators (PAPRs)
- Team members are temperature checked upon arrival and throughout the day. Readings above 37.4*c (just below the threshold for a fever) won't be permitted entry and will be required to pass either a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) or Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test before returning to work.

We apologize to all of our in-store customers for the inconvenience caused by these measures, we know it's a total pain in the ass. Just know that we are evaluating the situation on a day to day basis and when the time is right we will open back up to the public again.
