The estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 working days after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, if you live in a remote or rural area add an extra day. Just remember that we are at the mercy of the shipping providers and in some instances orders can take up to a week to arrive.
If there is any delays we recommend contacting your selected carrier directly. If this does not result in a satisfactory resolution please contact us via email (email@example.com) or send us a direct message on our facebook page and we'll contact the couriers directly and try to get the issue resolved.

Orders have to be made and payment received on our end by 11AM for same day dispatch.
Our same day dispatch cut off point is 11AM, Monday to Friday. With that said we try to process as many orders as possible throughout the day. During bad weather or busy periods such as promotions orders can take up to 48 hours to be fulfilled and sent out.
We believe a happy workforce is a good workforce and we encourage a healthy work life balance for our team. As such we are closed during the weekends and public holidays.

We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround time and try to fulfill as many orders as possible before the couriers swing by to pick up the days orders. If there is no issues with your order and payment has been received by 11AM your order will be shipped out later that afternoon. If payment has been received after 11AM your order will be dispatched the following business day. Please note that during extremely bad weather and busy periods such as public holidays and promotions there may be fulfillment delays of up to 48 hours.
If 7 days has passed since your order was dispatched from our warehouse and there's no sign of your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with your selected carrier to find and locate your package.

For New Zealand based orders we only accept Direct Credit or Bank Deposit. Once an order has been placed a dispatch email will be sent out containing the payment details.

For international orders we use FedEx or DHL.
You sure can, since all orders pass through a fulfillment queue it's best if you let us know in advance via facebook messenger or email so that we can have your order ready for you when you arrive. Our address is Suite 1A \ 10 Broken Hill Road, Kenepuru, Wellington and we're open for pick ups from 9am until 4pm, Monday to Friday.
You sure can, our products go up to 12mg. Once you've browsed our website and found the ejuice you're after simply select what dosage of nicotine you'd like in the drop down menu and click add to cart.
Normally our ejuices are compatible with almost any premade coil where the recommended rating exceeds 60 watts. To get the maximum enjoyment out of our products we recommend using an RDA or an RDTA with an appropriate set of sub ohm coils.
Our ejuices are not compatible with SMOK Q2 and Q4 coils, pod systems, cigalikes, mtl devices and low wattage sub ohm tanks.
It all depends on what device you're using and your personal preference. Many people enjoy the throat hit and lung feel that nicotine has to offer whilst others prefer to minimize it and enjoy the flavour. The more nicotine that you have in your ejuice the more pronounced the effects and flavour characteristics of the nicotine are. This can either be a positive or a negative depending on your personal preferences.
If you've just started Vaping and have recently quit cigarettes we recommend selecting the 6mg option.
If you do decide to steep your e-juice we do not recommend leaving the cap off for extended periods of time or placing the item inside boiling hot water. Doing this can greatly reduce the lifespan of your e-juice.

All international orders are tracked and dispatched via FedEx or NZ Post. For urgent orders we recommend using FedEx Priority which usually arrives in most Australian metro areas within 3 working days. If you're not too worried about delivery times and you're looking for the most cost effective shipping option we recommend choosing NZ Post, just be aware that this service can take between 10 - 20 days to arrive.

Customs fee's, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the importer or the person who's name is listed on the shipping address . Many countries have a limit where there are no customs charges incurred if the total amount is below a certain threshold, if you wish to avoid customs charges we recommend keeping the total amount below the threshold.
As much as we all dislike paying customs charges, we can't, all orders are shipped out stating the full and correct value of the order on the customs declaration form.
It all depends on which carrier and service you selected along with your location, we've put a rough estimate of delivery times below. If you live in a rural area add an extra 5 working days for your order to be delivered.

Depending on the carrier selected dispatch emails containing tracking information are either sent as soon as they're fulfilled (CourierPost) or once they have received their first scan from the couriers (NZ Couriers). For international orders you will receive your tracking number as soon as the shipping ticket is created. If you have not received a dispatch email within 48 hours or 2 working days please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or send us a direct message on our facebook page.
Order confirmations are sent out as soon as you've placed your order. Best place to start is to check if your shopping cart still has items in it, if the final confirmation page hasn't been reached then your items will still be inside your cart. If this is the case simply fly through the check out process until you reach the end. If this doesn't resolve your issue the next best place to check is the Junk folder inside your email account, sometimes our dispatch emails end up in the trash folder. If none of the previous fixes corrected the issue it's worth checking to see if the email address has been entered correctly, sometimes it's all down to a simple typo where the email address has an incorrect character or a .com instead of .co.nz, if this is the case simply enter the correct email address and you should receive a dispatch email. If all else fails send us a messsage through facebook or fire us an email at email@example.com and we will get it all sorted for you.
Instead of sending out payment confirmation emails our system will send a dispatch email once your order has been fulfilled and shipped out. If you are an account holder with us you can log in to your account and check your order history to find the status of your order. If the status says "completed" and you have not received a dispatch email yet that means that your order has been fulfilled and is currently awaiting pick up from the couriers.

Taste is highly subjective and one mans wonder e-juice will make another dry reach. Please choose wisely before ordering as we do not accept returns on e-juice that has been used or opened. If you are unsure about whether you'd enjoy a product or not we recommend joining up with a local vaping group on facebook and asking around.
Most of the time this is caused by the viscosity of the e-juice being too high for the coil. This usually happens if the coil hasn't been primed (soaked in e-juice) before use or the coil isn't capable of absorbing the e-juice at fast enough rate to keep up with your vaping. To prime your coil simply place your premade coil into the tank, fill it up and wait for half an hour before vaping, priming is only necessary for the first "break in" period of your coil. Before using your coil for the first time close the air flow vents and suck hard to force the e-juice into the cotton wells. If it's a not a matter of priming your coil and your coil simply isn't absorbing the e-juice fast enough we recommend removing the coil from the tank and popping small holes into the cotton ports with a needle, be sure not to put too many holes in otherwise your coil will leak. Reattach the coil to your tank and prime it.
